This cute 'Rally Round a Rabbit' greetings card is part of a wide range range of Valentine’s Day charity gifts which raises funds for the RSPCA, the leading UK animal welfare charity.

The RSPCA is hopeful that this Valentine’s Day will be full of love and kindness for animals as 65 per cent of people said they send greetings cards ‘from’ their pet to close family and friends.*

James Yeates, chief veterinary officer for the RSPCA, said: “It’s heart-warming that so many pet owners see their animals as such an important part of their lives and send cards to family and friends on their behalf.  Unfortunately not everyone is so kind and every year the RSPCA has to help thousands of animals in need."

"If you would like to help us with this vital animal welfare work, our Animalternative personalised Valentines’ cards cost from £5 and 100 per cent of the profit is used by the RSPCA to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need."

To choose a card, go to gifts.rspca.org.uk, where you can also select how the money is spent, for example helping towards the cost of looking after a rabbit for a week. You can personalise the card and it's then sent directly to your door via Royal Mail (first class), or if time is tight you can send your gift as an e-card.
