Description
Diarrhoea is usually caused by another illness but can also be caused by incorrect diet, stress, cold and draughts.
Symptoms
- liquid or very runny faeces
- wet, dirty bottom
Prevention / Treatment
If diarrhoea persists for more than 1 to 2 hours, consult your vet.
Bath your rabbit's bottom with warm, soapy water, dry thoroughly and keep your rabbit warm. Feed plenty of hay and fresh water, remove dry food and vegetables.
